Admission Procedure

Admission forms for the academic year beginning in June will be available in January. Placement in the appropriate standard is at the discretion of the principal in consultation with parents and teachers.

  • If admitted between June and October, fees must be paid from June onwards.
  • If admitted between November and April, fees must be paid from November onwards.
  • If a child is withdrawn between June and October, fees must be paid until October.
  • If withdrawn after November, term fees for the 2nd term and school fees until May must be paid.
  • Fees must be paid by the 10th of every month, otherwise, a late fee of Rs. 25 per month will be charged.
  • Fees for April and May must be paid by April 10.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable.

Age eligibility criteria as on 31st July,202
Nursery(Playgroup) The child should complete 3 yrs.
Jr.Kg,: The child should complete 4 yrs.
Sr.Kg: The child should complete 5 yrs.
Class I The child should complete 6 yrs.

School Timings
  • Pre-primary,Primary & Secondary:
    • A Shift: 07:30 am to 12:15 pm
    • B Shift: 12:30 pm to 05:15 pm
  • Hifz Batch (Qur’an Memorization):
    • Girls: 12:30 to 02:30 pm
    • Boys: 09:00 am to 12:00 noon (Intensive Hifz) 11:00 am to 12:00 noon 05:30 pm to 06:30 pm
School Holidays
  • Ramadan: Last 10 days
  • Eid-ul-Fitr: 3-4 days
  • Eid-ul-Adha: 3-4 days

  • Sr. K.G. onwards, students must revise daily lessons as homework.
  • All written homework must be done by students themselves.
  • Parents should check and sign the school diary daily.

  • Assessments are conducted three times per academic year.
  • Formal assessments start from Jr. K.G. onwards.
  • Results are discussed with parents individually.
  • On ‘Open Day’, at least one parent must attend.

Discipline
  • Bullying, aggression, or foul language will not be tolerated.
  • Parents must cooperate with school authorities on discipline matters.
Punctuality
  • Students must arrive 10 minutes before school starts.
  • Late arrivals (after 9:45 AM) will be allowed only twice a month.
  • Students must be picked up promptly at closing time.

  • Uniforms must adhere to Islamic guidelines.
  • Only black shoes, black socks, black pins, black ribbons, or black hairbands are allowed.
  • Students should wear black cardigans (sweaters) in winter.

Transport is available on selected routes. Parents must inform the school in April.

Van services are available for major routes, and fees must be paid directly to the driver.
